Comfortable bed, clean room, equipped with USB charging ports, made my stay enjoyable as it provided great features for a restful night, and easy access to numerous tram stops allowed me to navigate the city swiftly.

Request a kettle upon check-in to enjoy in-room hot beverages. Proximity to public transport makes exploring Geneva very convenient.

Poor soundproofing leaves you waking to traffic. The cramped room sizes make it uncomfortable for families!!! The air conditioning doesn't work well in hot weather, leading to stuffy nights. Consider adding basics like kettles and mini fridges!!!

We enjoyed the spacious room, perfect for my family of five. The hotel’s location is a hit. it’s just a short walk from the train station and easily accessible for exploring Geneva. Plus, the kids loved the convenient dining options nearby.

the room was unbelievably hot, making sleep impossibe. the lingering smell, reminiscent of a sewer, only got worse, and the air freshener solution was just laughable. I expected complimentary snacks or at least an upgrade for such inconveniences, but no, just stale air and bad decor. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t, obviously.

the reception team was warm and super helpful. I loved the hotel’s location, just a short walk to the main station and close to bus and tram stops. the clean, quiet room made for a comfy stay. and I really appreciated the free transport card, which was a nice bonus.

The room comfortably accommodated three adults, a rarity among nearby options, and its spaciousness was appreciated. Proximity to the central train station made our early departure easy. However, the absence of a traditional reception desk created confusion upon check-in, as there was no clear queue. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that my loyalty membership did not offer any benefits during this stay. While the location is excellent for exploration, improvements in check-in processes and membership recognition would enhance the overall experience.
